About the event
What happens when organizations come together to map systems of support, only to discover they are seeing the journey very differently from the people actually living it?
In this webinar, presenters will share lessons from a convening of service providers and advocacy organizations that examined the real-world journeys of people navigating accessibility, housing, and assistive technology supports. You’ll hear what they learned from the process, how journey mapping helped surface hidden assumptions, and how the insights will inform stronger collaboration going forward.
The session will also highlight the barriers, tensions, and system dynamics that can prevent meaningful inclusion and coordinated action. Presenters will walk through a real exercise in which providers mapped accessibility from their own perspective, only to hear from stakeholders with lived experience: “This doesn’t match my journey.”
Join us to gain deeper insight into the real journeys of the people we serve—and to learn a process you…
