For neurodiverse children, particularly those with autism, ADHD, and learning differences, mastering daily functioning skills and preparing for new experiences can be a challenge. Wide Therapy, an Israeli company, is addressing this need through an innovative online platform that helps children navigate these skills in a structured and supportive way.
A Warm Welcome to Pittsburgh (Despite the Cold!)
Last month, Rinat Hitelman (BCBA), Clinical Director of Wide Therapy, visited Pittsburgh to attend the TRETC Conference and meet with local practitioners. While many Pittsburghers braved the city’s frigid temperatures, Rinat seemed unfazed—perhaps because of the warm reception she received from the 412 Ability Tech community. Organizations such as The Children's Institute, Lifesteps, The Children's Museum, The Friendship Circle, Allegheny Intermediate Unit, PaTTAN, Pace School, ACEing Autism, and CLASS extended their hospitality, sparking conversations about how Wide Therapy’s platform could benefit children in Pittsburgh.

Expanding Partnerships in April
Rinat will return to Pittsburgh in April to meet with more potential partners interested in bringing this assistive technology to local schools, clinics, and organizations. Wide Therapy is currently looking for pilot sites and design partners to help refine and expand the platform’s impact.
If your organization is interested in partnering with Wide Therapy, please reach out to dror@412x972.com to learn more. Together, we can enhance learning experiences for neurodiverse children and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.
